Our Guarantee
We are sure you will love your Charlotte's Web order. If, however, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund or exchange of the cost of the goods, within 10 days of delivery.
Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
Returns
Please notify us by email within 7 days of receipt that you will be returning the goods so that we have a record of this when goods are returned to us. (We may not respond)

Please note: Once we have dispatched the goods you become legally responsible for returning the goods to us within 10 days of receipt unused, in original condition & packaging, & at your own expense once you have received them. We will not refund your original delivery charge when a product is simply unwanted.
We recommend you post the goods by recorded mail or proof of posting.
Upon receipt of the returned item we will either issue a refund or an exchange.
Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment or by cheque. Please allow upto 28 days for processing.
For hygiene reasons we regret that earrings for pierced ears are non returnable.
